The only thing i enjoy more than facing my own fear and achieving things i never thought possible, is celebrating and supporting other people doing the same….
Known for my focused but playful style, i believe that with the support of others we are able to develop physically, mentally and emotionally more rapidly than training alone. By embodying yoga as a living expression of this understanding, i teach it as a powerful vehicle to create balance within ourselves and our relationships.
With over 20 years in the creative and healing arts, I am a certified adults and children’s yoga teacher, acroyoga teacher and acroyoga fit coach, australian sports commission coach; theatrical circus performer, manager and trainer who also runs a successful circus entertainment company, Outrageous Entertainment.
My Studies over the last 25 years include teacher trainings in India, Australia and Barcelona; studies in yoga therapy, chi gung, reiki (master level), dance, chinese medicine, naturopathy, shiatsu, nutrition, circus, ethics, “trauma” sensitive yoga, acrobatics, costume design and face / body artistry.
