Zoe combines vinyasa and partner yoga in free-flowing and effective sequences which are specific to the bio mechanical requirements of surfing.

The breathing exercises help to increase your lung capacity, enabling you to be calmer and more physiologically prepared to deal with wipe-out hold downs.

If you are serious about surfing long term, and into your old age, looking after your body and mind are imperative. There is nothing better to maintain a surfer’s body than the exercises given to us by Yoga.

In the last few years, Zoe has studied with well -known “Yoga for Surfers” teachers, Peggy Hall and Shiva Rey.  She weaves her love of surfing and the knowledge she has gained  into well thought out, super fun, effective work outs.

Zoe increases her power in the waves and decreases her chance of residual tightness by practicing yoga every day.
