Zoe’s Story
Since starting yoga when i was 15 years, i have experienced first hand the remarkable rehabilitating power of this body – mind science.
Being a surfer, motorbike rider, acrobat as well as yoga practitioner and teacher, testing my limits has tested the limits of my physical body, occasionally resulting in injury. Over the last 20 years, a consistent yoga practice has healed a fractured pelvis, broken neck, compressed vertebrae, sprained ankles, and tears in the meniscuses of both my knees; not to mention various mental and emotional hurdles I have been able to overcome.
From this experience, I have acquired the wholehearted belief that yoga contains the power to heal your life, immeasurably increasing your success in all areas.
