Zoe has extensive knowledge and experience in working with teenagers. She began practicing yoga while she was still in high school and believes it has been instrumental in cultivating mental clarity, physical health and emotional wellbeing in her life.  She has reflected often it is yoga that has empowered her to overcome massive life challenges, enabling her to grow rather than drown. Her regular Acroyoga Classes have a wonderful mix of adults and teenagers, enriching the learning process for the whole community
