Psych and Conditioning Program for Sport

YogaJoy offer psyche and conditioning sessions for athletes to improve functionality within the individual and team.
Utilising Visualisation, partner and group sport specific exercises, we address how to train your mind and body to operate at your peak .

Cooperation  –    Internal conflict management  –   Focus on Strengths over Weakness  –    Improvement Feedback System are modules we use to train athletes how to support themselves and each other more effectively.
We address not only how to increase success in their sporting lives, but their lives as a whole, and how it is all connected.

With Kahibah U15 A Football team for example, we improve footing on the field with balance and stability exercises, speed and agility with focus and endurance drills,  emotional control with anger management techniques,  team spirit with group coordination and timing exercises and psychological stamina with visualisation exercises.

For coaches this program provides the psyche and conditioning support to a tactics and strategy sports program.

It also contains behaviour management objectives for the teen years .

This program is delivered as a pre game session or stand alone 30 mins – 1 hour training sessions.
